These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute an agreement between you ("User", "You") and ❤️MyMac ("We", "Our"). By using our software I Love My Mac ("Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms apply to all versions of the ❤️MyMac Software. By accessing or using the Software, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into this agreement.

2. Software and Licenses

2.1 Definitions

  • License: Right to use the Software granted to the User.
  • One-Time Purchase: Single payment granting a perpetual license.
  • Device: Mac computer on which the Software is installed.

2.2 License Types

We offer the following licenses:

  • Personal License (€35): Valid for 1 Mac.
  • Family License (€45): Valid for 3 Macs.
  • Enterprise License: Custom quote, unlimited licenses.

2.3 License Duration

Licenses acquired through One-Time Purchase are perpetual. You have the right to use the current version of the Software as it exists at the time of purchase, as well as free minor updates.

3. Permitted Use and Restrictions

3.1 Permitted Use

Subject to compliance with these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, limited, and non-transferable license to:

  • Install and use the Software on the number of Devices allowed by your license.
  • Make a backup copy of the Software.

3.2 Restrictions

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the Software.
  • Decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer the Software.
  • Rent, lend, sell, or redistribute the Software.
  • Use the Software for illegal purposes.
  • Circumvent the Software's technical protection measures.

3.3 License Transfer

You may transfer your license from one Mac to another by first deactivating the license on the old device. Contact our support if you need assistance.

4. Purchase and Payment

Payments are processed securely by our partner Stripe. We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Prices are displayed in euros (€) and include all applicable taxes. Payment is due at the time of purchase.

5. Updates

We may, at our sole discretion, provide Software updates to improve functionality, security, or fix bugs. These updates are part of the Software and are governed by these Terms.

Minor updates and patches are included for free. Major updates may require purchasing a new license.

6. Warranty and Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If the Software does not meet your expectations, contact us for a full refund.

6.2 Disclaimer of Warranty

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR MEET YOUR SPECIFIC NEEDS.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Software license.

8. Termination

These Terms are effective until terminated by you or us. Your rights under these Terms will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with their provisions.

Upon termination, you must cease using the Software and delete all copies in your possession.

9. Intellectual Property

The Software and all its content, features, and design are the exclusive property of I Love My Mac and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Purchasing a license does not confer any ownership rights to the Software, only a limited right to use.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts.

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you benefit from the protections offered by the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
